Hal completed a BSc (Hons) in Sports and Exercise Science at Swansea University in 2009 and since graduating, gained invaluable experience working in the fitness industry, running classes, bootcamps and training hundreds of clients over the years as a PT. Hal is fully registered and insured as a REPs* Level 3 Personal Trainer and 100% committed to getting you the best possible result.

Gym Training

Operating from The Fitness Factory Cardiff Gym. All Clients of Hallomax Personal Training are able to Train there for free.

Mobile Training

Exclusive Mobile Personal Training to suit your own work/life balance. Great option for those who are nervous about gyms.

Bootcamp

Enjoy group training? Love training outside? Want to train along side your friends? Well this could be for you.

Online Training

Don’t live in Cardiff? Not a problem. Skype training sessions and online training programmes are just as effective.

Booking in with Hal is never a problem.
Working between the hours of 6am-9pm 7 days a week. Contactable 24 hours a day by phone, text or email.
Regular time slots are available, however if you work shifts or simply have a busy diary this is not a problem, Hal will make sure that you get the training times each week that best suit you.

Regular Skype Training sessions, Skype meetings, email contact and tailored programming. Hals 10 years of experience will make sure your getting results wherever you live in the world.
