“I need a Personal Trainer because I am so unmotivated and lazy when it comes to exercise that I need all the help I can get! Knowing that I have to keep an appointment means that I don’t duck out of the session, (as I often do on my own) and training with a PT works for me in that even if I do nothing else, at least I am doing 1 exercise session a week.

I don’t have a specific goal as such, just improving my general fitness and losing weight. My previous PT moved away and Hal was recommended to me as a good replacement – and turns out he’s much better!

I enjoy sessions with Hal as they are always varied, challenging but achievable. Hal always works me hard and pushes me further than I would ever push myself, though he isn’t too tough on me and thankfully never shouts at me! He encourages me and gives me praise and advice – which I find really works to motivate me further. I always find that after sessions I’m hurting in places that I never knew existed, which I can only take as a good thing!

I would recommend Hal Lomax as a personal trainer for people who are looking for motivation and structure to their exercise regime. I think that even people who need a bit of a kick up the bum to get exercising will end up enjoying sessions with Hal because he makes them fun!”
