“Three months ago I realised that life and work and stress really had caught up with me. My mind still thought I was the rugby playing, squash playing, fit 30 year old. In reality, I was 56, overweight by at least a couple of stones – probably more – and enjoying life far too much. Tried jogging..got bored. Gym – full of young macho types. Came across Hal’s website and thought, “this might work”.

Two months later I’m gradually getting there. Lost one and a half stones, new diet, feel better. All down to Hal’s patience and support. Carrot and stick…pushing to my limit when I feel good and encouraging when I feel bad. Long way to go..but Hal’s given me the confidence to aim for fitness and weight loss in the long term, no quick fixes!
